Please note that not all properties are eligible for expedited services, and our current commitments may affect our ability to accommodate rush requests.
When ordering a rush service, it’s important to disclose any unusual circumstances, such as property damage, discrepancies in the actual living area versus public records, views, or other unique factors.
RUSH Service guarantees delivery of your appraisal report electronically within 48 hours of the property inspection (including weekends and holidays), typically with a 25% surcharge on our standard appraisal fee.
SUPER-RUSH Service guarantees delivery within 24 hours of the property inspection (including weekends and holidays), with a typical 50% surcharge on our standard appraisal fee.
